Sony Computer Entertainment President of Worldwide Studios Shuhei Yoshida has confirmed that the PlayStation Vita can be used as a PS4 controller but only if the games are “specifically programmed”. The bit of info came via Yoshida’s Twitter account in which a user asked him the question.

While not every game will take advantage of this Sony is still stating that virtually every game on launch will be playable via remote play.
