Microsoft has outlined its massive showcase plan for Gamescom 2026 this August, celebrating 25 years of the Xbox brand with over 140 public gaming stations. The highlight of the floor plan is the first-ever public hands-on demo for Gears of War: E-Day, giving attendees a 15-minute slice of Marcus Fenix and Dominic Santiago’s earliest combat encounters in Emergence Day Emergence.
